Technical capability

  • Experience building real-world systems, not just demos
  • Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services
  • Experience using AI in practical applications, not just experimentation
  • Ability to work across product, data, and implementation concerns
  • Understanding of how real businesses use systems day to day
