On-site operations review · Australia-wide

Operations Review

A fixed-scope, on-site assessment of how your business actually runs - workflows, coordination, bottlenecks, and information flow - followed by clear priorities, a practical path forward, and the option for us to stay with you and do the heavy lifting.

Many owners know something is wrong but are too deep in the day-to-day to see the whole picture - or too stretched to fix it alone. This is for leaders who want someone in the building with them, naming friction honestly, and helping them get back in control - not another folder of advice that never turns into action.

Up to 8 hours on-site, then outcomes you can use immediately - including where we can partner on execution. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking until we agree scope, timing, and fit.

Investment

$9,930 + GST

Travel and accommodation are handled within the quoted scope where required for the agreed visit.

Base engagement includes

  • Up to 8 hours on-site observation and structured assessment
  • Review of workflows, handoffs, bottlenecks, and operational risk
  • A clear written picture of findings and priorities - plus a working review of what to do next and where we can take weight off your shoulders
  • Where it makes sense, a concrete view of systems or automation fit - and a pathway for us to guide or deliver build work so you are not translating a report to vendors on your own

Larger or multi-site operations

Most on-site reviews can be completed in a single day. Consecutive additional on-site days are available at $5,470 + GST per day when the operation warrants deeper coverage.

What you get

You are not buying a document and a handshake. You get an evidence-based outside-view from inside your operation, a plan of attack, and a team prepared to stay in the work with you - including designing and implementation the solutions when you want that backup.

On-site reality check

We observe how work actually moves through your business - not how the process diagram says it should. You get an independent read so you can stop guessing what is really broken.

Bottleneck and workflow analysis

Coordination gaps, manual rework, reporting blind spots, and decision latency are surfaced in plain language - so you can see what is stealing time, margin, and headspace.

A plan you can run - not a lecture

We sequence what to fix first and what can wait, and we spell out where you need hands-on help versus a simple process change - so nothing important lives only on a shelf.

Execution partnership - when you want it

If software or integration belongs in the answer, we show how it fits the operation. If you ask us to stay involved, we can take on design and build - so you are not left briefing vendors from a PDF you barely had time to read.

Fit

Is this the right engagement?

The Operations Review is intensive, on-site, and priced as a serious piece of work. If what follows resonates, you are probably in the right place. If not, we would rather point you elsewhere than waste your time.

Who this is for

Business owners and leaders who are serious about improving how the business actually runs - and want help carrying the fix, not just a diagnosis.

  • Owners and operators who know performance is off but lack a single honest picture of why
  • Teams drowning in manual work, rework, or unclear ownership between functions
  • Leaders who want clarity on what's slowing their business down, costing them money and limiting growth.
  • Operators who want to solve their operational problems, rather than just cover up the symptoms.

Who this isn't for

Businesses looking to remain in the same place, or looking for bandaid fixes rather than comprehensive, long-term, business improving solutions.

  • Owners who want a band-aid fix, patch, or quick fix, rather than a comprehensive, long-term solution.
  • Operators who want a price or proposal upfront because they're afraid of identifying the root causes of their problems.
  • Leaders who are not committed to understanding and identifying what's slowing their business down, costing them money and limiting growth.
  • Teams who are content with the status quo, rather than seeking to improve and grow.

How it works

From request to boots on the ground to a plan you can run - with us available to do the heavy lifting when you want a partner in the room, not just a verdict on paper.

  1. 01

    Request

You submit a structured request with context, location, and timing preferences.

  2. 02

    Fit & confirmation

We review suitability, travel, and calendar constraints, then confirm next steps in writing.

  3. 03

    On-site review

Up to 8 hours on-site focused on processes, workflows, and operational evidence - we are in your environment with you, not observing from a slide deck.

  4. 04

    Clarity, plan & partnership

You receive a written summary of findings and priorities - then we walk through it together: what will stall if it stays on your plate alone, what to tackle first, and how Go To Apps can carry coaching, implementation, or build work so you are not drowning in another list. You stay in charge of decisions; we help you move.

Common questions

What is an Operations Review?

It is a fixed-scope, on-site engagement where Go To Apps spends up to 8 hours inside your operation assessing how the business really runs - workflows, coordination, bottlenecks, and information flow. You receive documented findings and priorities, a practical sequence for improvement, and a direct path to hands-on help if you want us to stay and execute - not a generic workshop or a substitute for product support.

Do you run Operations Reviews outside Perth?

Yes. The service is offered Australia-wide. Travel and accommodation are handled within the quoted scope where required for the agreed visit. We confirm logistics when we respond to your request.

Is submitting the form a confirmed booking?

No. Your submission is a booking request. We assess fit, location, and timing, then contact you to confirm whether we can proceed and on what terms. If we are not the right fit, we will let you know.

What do I receive at the end?

You receive clear documentation of findings and priorities, and we work through next steps with you - including what will realistically stall without support. Where systems or automation belong in the answer, we map how that fits, and you can engage us to design and build so you are not left translating recommendations into vendor briefs on your own. Nothing obligates you to use us for delivery, but the door is open when you want the heavy lifting shared.

How does pricing work for larger sites?

The base engagement is $9,930 + GST and covers up to 8 hours on-site plus documented outcomes and the working review of priorities and next steps. Most reviews complete in one day. Additional consecutive on-site days are $5,470 + GST per day when the scale or complexity of the operation requires it.

How is this different from support or a project enquiry?

Support is for existing Go To Apps–built products. A project enquiry usually starts a build conversation from your brief. An Operations Review is us on-site in your operation first - clarity on what is actually wrong, a sequenced plan, and optional partnership on implementation - for owners who need to get back in control before they commit to build or change spend.
